IROKO is a magnificent jumper from a superb sports horse lineage. IROKO's sire is the millionaire PILOT (winnings DM 1.7 million). He is sometimes called the jumper progenitor of the nineties, claiming a top ranking in the German jumping index with 193 points. Famous PILOT products in the international showjumping world are: PRIAMOS, PANOK PIROL, BUGATTI PEDRO, PRINZREGENT, PHANTOM, EVEREST SHOWTIME and PANAMA. One of the most promising of PILOT's sons is PINNOCHIO; with his grand-dam a full sister to IROKO's grand-dam. IROKO's dam is a state premium mare, the highest conformation qualification for mares in Germany, the same also having been awarded to grand-dam RICKE. BIANCA, IROKO's dam is by BENGALE. His progeny have earned more than half a million DM in sport. In showjumping BENGALE is represented by his offspring such as: BEN HUR, BENGEL, BACCA and BOLERO. Grand-dam RICKE is a daughter of the famous REMUS I, son of the legendary RADETZKY who won international S-level dressage competitions under Mr. Kukuck. REMUS has become famous for his progeny such as the top dressage stallions ROMANDOUR II and RENOIR. At his performance test in Ermelo, IROKO was described as a very typical riding type stallion, with a lot of blood and quality. In jumping he proved to rank amongst the best of his year and received two 9's for free jumping and jumping under saddle. With his rider Jur Vrieling they were reserve champion at the 1.30 m. class of the "coming stallion" in 1996. They also finished 3rd in the 1.35m. class for KWPN stallions at Hertogenbosch when IROKO was only 6 years old. Meanwhile IROKO jumps internationally with a great deal of success. He showed his talent by finishing second in the Grand Prix of Zuidlaren, 1st in the mini Grand Prix of Leeuwarden and 4th in Verona. IROKO leads the KWPN showjumping index with 177 points, both in 2000 and in 2001, and is currently in the top 10 showjumping sires in the world, and leading showjumping sire in North America.
His offspring are also proving themselves in the dressage, for example MILTON with Kathleen Raine and NASHUA with his rider Gerdine Maree. In the USA the IROKO offspring, THE FLY with Tod Minikus won the overall Championships for 6 year old horses, and Darragh Kerins with NABUCCO won Grand Prix in New York 2004. NABUCCO competed with Irish Rider Enda Carroll in Great Britain 2006.
In Ireland, Michael Cave won the 6/7 year old Indoor Championships in Belfast 2004 with IROKO offspring, REO.
GOLDEN COIN by IROKO is currently jumping 1.50m level and was purchased by renowned showjumping legend Paul Schockemohle for a substantial amount of money. He is winning Grand Prix competitions all over Europe.
UNDERCOVER by IROKO is fully approved KWPN stallion currently jumping successfully in the Young Horse Classes in Holland.
UNDER WRAPS is Nijhof's up and coming star for the future currently owned by Team Nijhof. He is by Iroko out of a Coriander mare.
In Holland IROKO progeny won the qualifications of the IAN-competitions for both 5 and 6 year olds. IROKO is also approved for Westfalen and Oldenburg.

IROKO returned to Holland after a stay of 3 years in Argentina, USA and Italy, and is standing at Lissava Stud in Ireland. Iroko is fully approved with the Irish Horse Board.
Progeny by Iroko are already sought after in Ireland, achieving high prices both in private and public sales. Foals by Iroko are winning showing classes throughout the country.
Dam: Cavalier’s Abbey is an Irish Sporthorse Premier Broodmare. Her sire is the great Holsteiner stallion Cavalier Royale, who is the sire of the number 1 eventer and 2008 Silver Olympic medal winner, Ben Along Time. He also has many other progeny competing Internationally in Showjumping and Eventing. Her dam sire, Regular Guy, was a thoroughbred that won on the race track and ran in the 1974 English Derby. He is the sire of, “Irish”, the Bronze medal winner in the 1992 Barcelona Olympics for the US. Cavalier’s Abbey has two full brothers that are at International level in Eventing and Showjumping. A 1995 gelding, Royale Attitude who is an advanced level Eventer and also a Grade A showjumper and Guy Cavalier a 1997 Stallion who has competed at International level in France, Portugal, Spain, England and at Grand prix level in Ireland. His progeny are athletic quality animals with terrific temperaments, which are showing excellent potential in the eventing and showjumping.
Progeny: of Cavalier’s Abbey include: A 2002 Condios gelding, Robo Paddy, who was the Vice Champion of the 2006 4 yr old FEHL Final, he is now competing at International **star level and has been placed every time out. He qualified to represent Ireland in the 6 yr old World Breeding Championships in France 2008. A 2003 Ricardo Z gelding who is successfully eventing in England. A 2005 Ekstein gelding, which will be starting his eventing career this year. 2006 and 2007 Condios fillies who are both in breeding programs and a 2008 Condios colt that will be retained as a Stallion prospect.
Colt: This is a really nice quality, blood colt with a lovely step. He is a very athletic colt and has a good temperament. He comes from a proven International and Olympic performance lineage and should excel at his chosen equestrian sphere.
